Well! Here I am, with my brand new notebook computer! My other computer is having some problems, so I sighed a great sigh and headed down to the Nova to get myself a beautiful red Acer Aspire One notebook.
Somebody posted a comment to my previous post about our Chinese New Year vacation, requesting a link to the B&B we stayed at in Hualien. So, here's the link for Homestay No. 6:
www.hs101.com.tw/aboutus.htm Sorry, it's mostly in Chinese, but maybe you can have a friend help you make reservations. Actually, if you call the number on the site, the owner speaks English so it shouldn't be a problem. Have fun! :)
I'm starting a Discipleship class on Tuesday mornings at Banner, as part of the "Banner equipping" system they have set up. So I will be just that much more busy, but it should be good.
This weekend is the annual JacksonFive staff weekend trip, and we're going to some island off of Pintung, a town down south. So the weather should be warm and it supposed to be beautiful. So since I have a snazzy new notebook that's tiny and beautiful and amazingly portable, I should be posting some photos soon.
Not much else to report from this side! We're all keeping track of the news in Japan. Keep them in your prayers.
Thanks for posting this, I was beginning to think that if something happened to you I wouldn't know, or be able to help! That is still true, but if you were dandy and well on Monday, hopefully you are today too! Love ya!
